Tupac and Biggie are mad at each other because Tupac thought that Biggie set him up to be shot and also Tupac was messing with Biggie wife or girlfriend Faith Evans. They're dead now so I don't know if they're still mad at each other They both died as Tupac got Biggie back cause he thought he set him up.
