Loose power wire . You might want to check the output on the voltage regulator. Sometimes the voltage will be too high and the radio will protect itself from the voltage by turning itself off, only to turn itself back on when the voltage returns to normal.

Yes, the only significant changes is that the 1990 didnt have airbags and the 1995 did. There will also be slight wiring differeneces but nothing that will stop you from taking parts from one and putting it on the other. Pretty much all jeep parts are interchangeable. I've seen a 88 with a 96 motor. and my 91 xj limited has seats from a later model grand cherokee.

Cherokee Nation Principal Chief John Ross took a petition to Congress in 1838 protesting the U.S. government's planned removal of the Cherokees from their homelands in the southeast. He was accompanied by Whitepath and other officials. The petition bore the signatures of nearly 16,000 Cherokee Nation citizens, many written in the Cherokee syllabary, the Cherokee's own written language. The petition fell on deaf ears and the tribe's forcible removal began later that year.
Depends on the year and how it was built. Most later models do have chipped keys.

at first, nothing. then approx 1000 miles later, the transmission will actually explode. depending on the type of vehicle/transmission, the explosion could very well injure you.
In Cherokee, you can say "ᏣᏙᎥ ᏩᎦᏩᎦᎩᎦ" which is pronounced as "sodá'igwagiga".

None. There were no V-6's. Not sure if they still are any on later models or not. It is the inline (straight) 4.0 liter 6 cylinder. Been used for decades.
