Your question wasn't full formed. If you're asking why someone would build a triangle shaped acoustic then I have no answer. I do however doubt that a triangular shaped acoustic would bring anything beneficial to its sound and would make it even harder to sit an play it.
Now if you're talking about a triangular shaped Electric Guitar then the answer is simple, It's about cosmetics and preferences, because there is no sonic benefit that I'm aware of.
