Richard Kruspe and Paul Landers have both stated in several recent interviews, respectively, that they are planning to tour America the autumn of 2010, and would like to take their full show and all the theatrics through here at least a few times. The rest of the band have also said they would like to perform in the big cities here.
In several recent interviews lead guitarist Richard Kruspe, and the rest of the band, have stated they are trying to work out a tour for North America, which includes the United States (I assume the USA is what you were referring to in your question title). The problem is their large show is designed for the big arenas and stadiums they can sell out in Europe to crowds in excess of 10-20,000+, and they are having trouble convincing promoters they can fill up any such venues here.
Kruspe also said they will try to bring the full show at least a few times and are considering just doing stops in the major cities of some states. Supposedly this will be happening sometime during autumn of this year if what he says comes true.
The band's official Facebook, run by their management, is also supporting this page- http://www.facebook.com/pages/Need-1000000-fans-to-bring-Rammstein-to-America/368143485358?ref=ts
Most certainly not. Going beyond "Amerika", which we can all see is VERY critical of American culture, Till has said in interviews that he doesn't like the materialism and commercialism he sees in the United States and West Germany. Remember, Till was raised in East Germany, and was not impressed by the West's morals when he finally visited it.
Flake just did an interview on the Columbian Rockombia site that said they will be touring the US in the Spring after the Big Day Out tour in Australia. They will then be in Europe for the summer. You can find this information at the website en.affenknecht.de and hit translate from German to English.
I had the privilege of going from Florida to Madison Square Garden for their show on December 12, 2010. It was mind blowing. That was the best concert I have ever seen. These guys are AMAZING! Hope you get to see them in concert!
