Blofeld was #1 and their is always a number 2 so that is not a reason for their to be no more spectre. It was a major reason why Bond films went downhill after Connery that they did not use spectre anymore. Spectre was quite a large organization and killing #1 should not be a factor. And the new #1 can always find himself a white cat.
