If you switch a 98 motor into a 200 I think you would need the computer and all the wiring. Around 2000 they switch to coil on plug if I'm remembering right. 1998 should be the old distributor motor which I think won't work with the 2000s computer and wiring. You'll need either a 2000 or 2001 engine for a direct swap.
Yes, you just have to match the proper ignition components to your vehicle. The blocks are the same.
There's a lot of great recipes out there for the hcg diet, but most aren't free. The absolute best one which is can be found at http://freehcgrecipes.com/
The exact year and model of both the donor Jeep and the recipient Jeep are required for an exact answer. Some years and models 4.0L engines will interchange and some will not. 1993-1997 Jeep ZJ Grand Cherokee engines will interchange with 1991-2001 Jeep XJ Cherokees. You may have to re-use intake/exhaust manifolds, fan belt driven accessories, engine sensors, or the flywheel that were on the original engine. 1999-2004 WJ Grand Cherokee and 2000-2006 TJ Wrangler 4.0L engines will interchange. You may have to re-use intake/exhaust manifolds, fan belt driven accessories engine sensors, or the flywheel that were on the original engine. XJ/ZJ engines DO NOT interchange with 1999-2006 WJ/TJ engines. There are significant differences in the motor mounts and the locations of the belt driven accessories.
The engine might if they are both 4.0's. That would be about it.
on the crank near the back of th motor you will have to pull the crank out of the motor inorder to change the wheel i have a 2000 gc and just had to do this it is not an easy task
No, it will not. When Chrysler built the 1999-2004 WJ Grand Cherokee it had a different bolt pattern than the 1993-1998 ZJ Grand Cherokee. The Jeeps that can interchange wheels with one another are the Cherokee (84-01), the Commanche, Wrangler (87-06), Liberty (02-07), and the Grand Cherokee (93-98). The two redesign Grand Cherokees since 99 have the same bolt pattern so a 99-04 Grand Cherokee can swap wheels with a 05+, as well as a 06+ Commander. I think the new Wrangler (07+) can too.
I have found though my experiences that 99% of the time the fuel gauge sending unit in the tank has failed.
1996-2000 Cherokee.
The 4.7 does not have a distributor.
The cam sensor is in the distributor.
yes they will fit. 99-04 had different options but they should all interchange.

4.0L in the distributor. 4.7L under the front of the right front head. The 4.0 is on the left side of motor next right above the oil filter in plain view It's round and gray. There is no distributor on this year. Electronic
Not sure how to help, other than you will have to use bolts that fit.
the internal componets of the eng are diffrent and the pistons have a diffrent offset and the 2000 has less horse power due to this do some checking it might not run just right
The engine might if they are both 4.0's. That would be about it.
This motor has no distributor. It has a coil pack for each spark plug. There is no condenser.
I6 in the distributor V8 under the front of the passenger side cylinder head.
