At the beginning of her concerts her mum looks around the crowd and chooses 7 best (ppl who are really dressed up ect.) who go behind the stage and talks to Taylor for 2 hrs. You can also buy the behind the stage tickets (they arent cheap though) and sometimes she walks around the sides of the stage and says hello and hugs u, she is amazing and very down to earth.
