I am currently checking the same situation on a 1994 GC 4.0. First we replace plugs wires rotor cap and Idle air contoller and this clear up some of it. Currently I am replacing the fuel pump because after checking the fuel pressure it seem low and that might be the cause. I would suggest checking to make sure you have the proper fuel pressure. But a warning that fuel pumps are about $200
the module for the fuel pump can be $200.00 that unit will come apart and the pump itslf is around 45.oo then the unit goes back together. Could also be the throttle body control sensor ,air flow control sensor, cam shaft position sensor, oil pressure sending unit sensor or now the pick up coil have the same problem beenthrough all this already trying the pck up coil in the morning
The throttle position sensor is more than likely, misaligned and needs to be put back into spec. Otherwise check to see if something is binding up your throttle cable some where between the gas peal, and the throttle body (located in the engine bay.)

Normal operation to cool engine Relay stuck in closed position?
You can not. The crankshaft position sensor is required to run the engine.
Check fan relay
when the engine is stopped, the coolant stops flowing. The coolant inside the engine can boil and force coolant into the expansion tank. this is normal.
