You must import the audio/music you wish to use in the movie. Click the Import Media button on the top menu. Locate the audio you want to use and import it into the program. Audio/music must be in one of the following file formats to be compatible with Windows Movie Maker:
.aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, .wma
Once you have imported the audio into the program, click on it and drag it into the Music/Audio track in the Time-line view. Press Play in the Preview pane to listen to results.
You can't upload them any differently in Window Movie Maker. What you have is what you get. The program is a very basic video editing application. If you are looking for audio quality, use an external audio editor for your needs not a basic video editing application.

you can use lots of video editing softwares out there, it doesn't matter what type of camera you have or software you use, i prefer: pinnacle, movie maker, or video wave. If you have a win xp, movie maker should already be on there.
