It's My Chemical Romance. And they did have a new piano member, James Dewee, from 2007-2008. And they are not piano. They are alternative rock, but may also be classified slightly as pop-rock, but not like Jonas pop-rock. "Pop-rock" as in how Gerard Way, lead singer says, "violent, dangerous pop."

You can find it online.
Panic! at the Disco is similiar to My Chemical Romance because of the kind of music they play. They do a lot of emo, punk rock music.
I have seen it at Best Buy, and on iTunes.

It's such a beautiful, melancholy song. I just love singing along with it. Because it's slow, you have to play it with ease and sad emotion. The sheet music can be found on the internet. :) https://daniel-w.deviantart.com/art/CANCER-Piano-Sheet-Music-46941043 hope this helps. :)
They don't have an animated video...
Most likely
Grant Morrison.
