To develop a low register voice for singing, practice vocal exercises that focus on strengthening your chest voice, such as humming in a low pitch, doing vocal sirens from high to low notes, and practicing scales in the lower range. Work with a vocal coach to learn proper breathing techniques and vocal placement to support your low register. Consistent practice and patience are key to improving your low register voice for singing.
The lowest vocal part is bass but that is typically sung by men. If you're a woman with a low voice, you are probably a contra-alto and if you have a super super low voice you might be a tenor (usually a guys part)
People will compliment it often, and your voice won't crack when you sing a high note or if you have a great low voice and hit those ecspecially hard notes to get. Just never drink milk before singing because it clogs your vocal chords.
To practice using your high and low voice effectively in singing, you can start by doing vocal warm-up exercises to stretch and strengthen your vocal cords. Work on scales and exercises that target both your high and low ranges. Experiment with different vocal techniques such as breath control and resonance to improve your vocal range and control. It's also helpful to work with a vocal coach who can provide guidance and feedback on your technique. Regular practice and patience are key to developing a balanced and versatile singing voice.
Pitch is how high or low you sing, it your singing high, it means your singing at a high pitch. And if you sing low, it means you're singing at a low pitch.
To improve your technique for singing low notes effectively, focus on proper breathing, support from your diaphragm, and relaxation of your throat muscles. Practice vocal exercises that target your lower range and work with a vocal coach to develop your technique further.
Bass is the name of a very low male singing voice.
A specific area within the range of a voice or instrument is called a "register." Each register represents a specific range of pitches within the overall range of the voice or instrument.
Bass. Sometimes a very low voice is referred to as "basso profundo," which is Italian for "deep bass."
Tenor, I believe, or low tenor in some moments.

Most of the range is not something anyone can develop, there are voice types that naturally have the ability to train their voice to sing high and low with good stability. For example leggiero tenor naturally has an almost baritone vocal timbre that can easily sing down to G2 and able to sustain G5. There is also voice type similar to leggiero but often called counter tenor or baritone because they sound just like a baritone but have the ability to mix with very high and strong head voice much like Chris Cornell. The most important thing to develop is mix voice because its like a bridge between chest and head register.
Well I don't know if you can get it higher but this MIGHT work in a REALLY high voice say clearly nine, ninty-nine, nine hundred and ninty-nine, Then repeat in in a VERY low voice. And again in your normal voice. Your voice will change maybe it'll get higher. Try it then try singing. :)

If you want to know if you are a low singer or a high singer usually you are better at singing higher or lower so that is how you can tell.
A low singing voice is called a bass voice. Bass singers typically have a vocal range that lies between the baritone and the contrabass. They often provide the foundation and depth in choral music and opera, singing the lowest notes in a vocal ensemble.
