Yes, C6 is considered a high note in music.
The highest note typically played on the cornet is often considered to be a high C (C6), though skilled players can reach even higher pitches. The lowest note commonly achievable on the cornet is a concert low E (E3), depending on the instrument's tuning and the player's skill level. The range can vary between different cornets and individual musicians.

I'm not an expert on Ford transmissions, but, the C4 is usually considered a lighter duty transmission as it is used in cars for the most part, the C6 however, is used in Pick up trucks and high performance cars of the time period. I would say, depending on your needs, the C6 is the better transmission.

Well, sopranos go commonly from C4 to C6. If that girl can REALLY hit an E2 - what I think is VERY hard to believe - then she must be an alto. I believe that was really an E3. Girls commonly think they hit an E3 while they hit an E2 - she must be and alto. The lowest note for most of altos is E3, depending on how much you practice you low notes. Her head voice allows her to hit those high notes and I think that C6 was likely a falsetto note, but depending on her technique that can be a head voice note, but generally it's falsetto. And, of course, she can be a mezzo-soprano too, depends on the color of her voice, her modal range, comfortable range, not only on all of the notes she can hit. E3-C6 = 2 octaves and 5 notes. E2 (I don't think so)-C6 = 3 octaves and 5 notes.
