He was talking about the illuminati the "ones who enlighten" just like stars do. He wanted to say that he would single hadningly destroy them (make them fall) however this was not to be. They were too powerful for even somebody as instrumental and as great as tupac was. They thought him to be a barrier or a problem so they killed him. RIP friend.
