No. Dr. Dre was a member of N.W.A in the early 90's, living in Compton whilst Snoop Dogg was kicking it in Long Beach. The two came together in the early 90's to record some West-side rap. Eminem's first album didn't surface until 1996 so therefore was before their times. Plus Eminem was born and raised in Michigan, not California.
