February 17th. Kaito was released on February 17th, 2006.
No Teto is not a Vocaloid. I have heard before that She was made to be a prank. She is mistaken to be a Vocaloid. She sounds like a Vocaloid(y) software.
People are not sure if the second VOCALOID for the 1st generation was LEON or LOLA. They were both released on the same day. For VOCALOID 2nd generation, Hatsune Miku was the second VOCALOID after Sweet ANN. Lastly the VOCALOID 3rd generation, VOCALOID SeeU is the 2nd after MEW.
A Vocaloid's birthday is decided and made official once every year during the same day they were released. Technically, they have no birthday or change age officially (unless they have no age at all, its just an empty birthday) but the fandom likes to jump on this kind of stuff. It is January 30, 2009. She was released at the age of 20 back then, it is now 2011. Simple Math: 2009 + 2 --------- 2011 <------ 20 + 2 = 22 years old xDD get it ? Her birthday is her release date, her age is 22 as of 2011 ^^
