In his book, Soaring Higher, Pat Mesiti wrote Lesson No. 49 titled, You Will Not Change Until The Pain of Staying Where You Are Becomes Greater Than The Pain of Change. He said:
Change doesn't occur by chance. It occurs by choice. And that choice is often triggered by something.
(Note: I don't know who coined the phrase but I've been hearing it for 30 or 40 years, since long before Mesiti's book was published.)

"Dirty South" is a phase that East Point rapper Cool Breeze is credited as being the one who coined the phrase. Breeze and producer Rico Wade stated in a magazine article that the meaning behind the term 'Dirty South' is, "It's about the red clay and dirt roads.." and went on to state,"It means we country, but we ain't country." As such, 'Dirty South' is not a style of hip hop or rap music, but is a reference to the region from which groups such as the 'Goodie Mob', 'Outkast' and 'Arrested Development' originated; in the southern U.S. The phrase became a track on an album of the same name with the phase "Wha Chu Know?" That was released in 1995 by the group 'Goodie Mob'.

No, he's dead. Michael Hutchence was another earthling who was way ahead of his time. His band's commercial music is still relevant today. He was not concerned with portraying any image that was not true to him or true to his art. Consequently, when he performed, he may have exuded a somewhat "gay" flair. He was a free spirit, unencumbered other's opinions of him based on what his actions may fuel. Metrosexual even before the term was coined. But he was most definitely not gay. I have found zero reports of any gay experiences in his colorful past. A man who was open to as many sexual experiments as him would surely have at least tried gay sex, right? Don't think so. If it happened, nobody's talking, which is unusual especially after some rock legend "kisses dust."
