Tupac was not killed by Biggie Smallz. Tupac died on Sep 7th 1996. Biggie Smalls was also murdered march 9 in 1997 The FBI didn't kill either of them. Conspiracy theories notwithstanding, 2pac was shot on Sep 7th 1996 in a drive by shooting and died 6 days later.

Anderson, an alleged crip who claimd he was not affiliated, also denied the shooting and stated he was a scapegoat. He was shot 2 years later in an incident outside a car wash.
