There are many solutions with a pH over 7. If you are referring for any general Alkalinity (or base), there are some very common house products that are basic solutions. Beware though, handle these products with care as they are sometimes toxic and can damage clothing or skin.

Liquid Detergent, Bleach, Sodium Bicarbonate (this one could be harder to find), and even toothpaste!
