No, although I suspect that using enough energy to stop a hurricane would probably cause more chaos than the hurricane itself does. At present, the only source of energy sufficient to disrupt a hurricane would be a nuclear weapon.

In the future, laser satellites may be used to steer hurricanes by using the laser to heat the seawater ahead of and beside the hurricane, which might enable weathermen to CONTROL the path of a storm instead of just predicting it. Again, in the long run, this might cause more problems than it solves.
