Protozoa are eukaryotic.

A cell on the basis of organisation of its nucleus can be of two kinds:

1.PROKARYOTIC

2.EUKARYOTIC

PROKARYOTIC CELL: in prokaryotic cell [unorganised nucleus] no nucleus is present; instead a ring like nucleic acid DNA is present. it is also termed as nucleoid. all cell organelles are absent except ribosomes. Examples: bacteria, blue green algae.

EUKARYOTIC CELL: in eukaryotic cells a true nucleus is present. A true nucleus has four parts namely: nucleolus, nuclear membrane, nuclear reticulum, nucleoplasm. All cell organelles are present in a eukaryotic cell. Examples: amoeba, spirogyra.

Why is bacteria are different from protozoa?

Bacteria have simple genomes and are prokaryotes Protozoa are eukaryotes with more complex genomes (the ameoba has a 670 billion base pair genome! compared to the human 3.2 billion)

What are the cells called that have a nucleus and organelles?

There are two basic types of cells, prokaryotes and eukaryotes. Eukaryotes differ from prokaryotes in a few ways, but the biggest difference is that eukaryotes have a nucleus and prokaryotes don't.

Which has more lipids prokaryotes or eukaryotes?

eukaryotes

What do eukaryotes have but prokaryotes don't?

Eukaryotes have a nucleus and membrane-bound organelles, such as mitochondria and endoplasmic reticulum, which prokaryotes lack. Eukaryotes also have linear chromosomes, while prokaryotes have circular chromosomes. Additionally, eukaryotes often have multicellular organization, which is less common in prokaryotes.

In what ways do eukaryotes and prokaryotes differ from each other?

Eukaryotes have a nucleus and other membrane-bound organelles, while prokaryotes do not. Eukaryotes are typically larger and more complex than prokaryotes.
