I'm not sure what you mean by prehistoric mammal. Prehistoric usually means 'before recorded history' which means before writing. Writing has only been around for about 5000 years, which is much less than the time mammals have been around. They first appeared more than 200 million years ago. Even fairly late developments like the emergence of modern humans from earlier hominids happened around 200 000 years ago. So really all mammals are prehistoric.
Yes, there are many herbivorous mammals that primarily feed on plants, such as deer, elephants, giraffes, and rabbits. These mammals have specialized digestive systems that allow them to extract nutrients from plant material.
Prehistory is any time before there were written records. That is generally considered to be anything beyond 20,000 years ago, even though writing itself is a little more recent yet. In the past 800,000 years ice core records show CO2 levels barely dipped above 280 ppm once, during a warm spell about 300,000 years ago. We have other evidence indicating CO2 levels have not exceeded 300 ppm in the past 20 million years, up until 1950. Since 1700 CO2 has been steadily increasing as a result of human activity.
No, I don't eat so I haven't had any sprinkles today.
I'm not sure that even any dinosaurs exceeded the speed of a cheetah so i think that the cheetah still holds the record for fastest land animal.
There are many different species of mammals, as well as many different indivudual members of any species, and reproductive rates vary both by species and by individual (after all, people are also mammals, and not every person has the same number of children). The number of offspring per mammal therefore varies between zero and several hundred.
No, there are no more prehistoric animals alive on earth. All animals alive today are decendents of prehistoric animals.
