biologically, yes, is suppose to be alive since it can breath, move, eat and ect. however, logically, no. it doesnt think and it doesnt feel nor does it have emotion, and as most people believe that emotion is what make a living thing

Yes, vegetables are living things because they are the edible parts of plants which grow and develop through biological processes such as photosynthesis. Once they are harvested, they continue to undergo cellular processes until they eventually spoil or die.
