Well technically speaking yes but not the way your thinking of it you've got to remember that jupiter is MUCH bigger than the planet earth and its gravity is ridiculously more effective than ours so in other words you can't just go smack jupiter and expect it to all just blow away into space you'd have a better chance at trying to pull MT. Everest off of the earth than blow away jupiters gases but if there was an object of matter in space with a greater mass than jupiter say like a black hole than yeah it be sucked up like dust into a vacuum cleaner
