If lightning hit's any computer related device, or any thing. it's fried. Where is your router, On the roof high up?! I don't think your router is at risk at getting hit by lightning because it is usually place in your home & maybe by your main computer. If you mean the Outdoor external antenna, If it's grounded properly, no.

Can you use a 2.0 amps power supply for a 1.0 amps router?

Yes, you can use a 2.0 amps power supply for a 1.0 amps router. The higher amp rating means the power supply can provide more current than the router needs, which is fine. Just ensure the voltage output of the power supply matches the router's requirements to prevent damage.

Can wind affect wifi?

By itself, no. Wind alone cannot change the density of the air enough to block wireless transmission, and the antennas would have to be exposed to the wind and bending to alter the trajectory of the signal. If there are thunderstorms in the air, they could potentially cause some interference, however.

Where is the running configuration location?

The running configuration on a router or switch is stored in the device's RAM (Random Access Memory) while it is running. It's a temporary configuration that is lost when the device is powered off or restarted. To view the running configuration, you can use the "show running-config" command in the device's CLI (Command Line Interface).

How many amps does a router use?

That depends on your router. The current draw of a router (or any other electrical device) can be calculated by: Amps * Volts = Watts If you know any two, you can calculate the third. If (for example) the router draws 750 Watts, and you know that it plugs into 120 Volts, then you can plug into the formula Amps *120 Volts = 750 Wats OR Amps = 750 Watts/120 Volts OR Amps = 6.25 If you would like the answer in volts it would then be about: 120
