I dont personally have a parottlett but was looking at getting a pair a while ago. I read that they on average lay 4 eggs but can lay up to 6. I have never heard or seen of one laying 8 eggs. Dont worry if u have some and they have layed 8 eggs though because animals can do all sorts of different things. Hope this helps
Eggs cant lay eggs. Im assuming you mean can a bird lay three eggs in a day. When a female bird is layingn she will lay all her eggs at pretty much the same time. If you noticed 3 eggs then there shouldn't be anymore after that.
