Of course if bush says there is, then there must be tidal waves in New York. But now Obama has controlled the oceans so much with is 900 billion bucks that there can't be a tidal wave.

Actually, tsunamis can hit California, but where the ocean is growing is closer to asia, so when the 360 degree wave spreads, it breaks up in the ocean because of the longer distance to travel to California.
