Child support is not considered a 'true' garnishment. Only one judgment creditor can garnish wages at any given time. Wage garnishment judgments must run consecutively not concurrently with the garnishments taking the order in which the judgment was granted and executed.
Yes, but they cannot be enforced concurrently against the same unexempt personal assets (not real property) belonging to the debtor. For example, there cannot be two wage garnishments running at the same time against the debtor. Child support and/or alimony deductions are not considered 'true garnishments', that being the case a creditor garnishment can run at the same time child support is being deducted, but the child support order takes priority.
Yes, it is possible to have the same godparent for each child in the same family. Some families choose to have the same godparent for all their children to maintain consistency and strengthen the bond between the godparent and the children.
The child can have the same blood type. It is possible if the child obtains the allele IA from one parent and IB from the other. So if a person with blood type AB provides IA or IB and the other parent provides the other allele, then the child may have the same blood type i.e. AB positive.
No, the child's blood group would be the same as one of it's parents.
No, constructive discharge is when an employee is forced to resign due to unbearable working conditions created by the employer. Constructive retirement, on the other hand, is a voluntary decision by an employee to retire based on the terms offered by the employer.
Wage garnishments for creditor debt must run consecutively (one at a time), they cannot run concurrently. The exceptions are child support garnishments and tax arrearage garnishments can be active at the same time a creditor garnishment is in affect.
Judgment creditor garnishments must run consecutively not concurrently this is applicable in all US states including Missouri. *Child support deductions/garnishments and garnishments for federal and/or state tax arrearages are not "true" garnishments and can be implemented at the same time a judgment creditor garnishment is active.
Creditor garnishments can only run consecutively (one at a time). However, a creditor garnishment and a garnishment for child support and/or tax arrearages can run concurrently (at the same time).
I take it you are the employer. You don't keep them, send them to where you usually send them. The employee being fired will no longer make an income at your business but whatever wages were earned while employeed would still be done the same as they always were.
No. Judgment creditor garnishments or bank account levies must run consecutively. Please note: Child support garnishments and/or tax garnishments can be enforced while a creditor garnishment is active. And in some states garnishment for spousal maintenance can be active while a creditor garnishment is being executed.
Not sure what context you mean, but simply he makes out two separate checks and sends them to the state colleciton unit for your state and they are applied to their respective cases. Yours and hers. Same is true for wage garnishments. Good luck

An individual can have multiple garnishments for debts. However, only one garnishment for debt can be active at a time. Multiple creditors cannot garnish a persons wages at the same time, the first garnishment judgment to be granted takes precedence any/all others follow in a like manner or order. Please note, garnishments for child support, spousal maintenance, tax arrearages in most cases can be active at the same time a judgment creditor garnishment is imposed.
The same as a child support order. Different word, same game.
The only time wages can be have garnishments running concurrently is if one of the garnishments is for court ordered child support or spousal maintenance. Although in certain situations judges can allow separate creditors to garnish dual incomes, but not a dual garnishment by the same creditor.
The child support laws are the same for parents who are homeschooling.
No, since you are not taking care of the child anymore. Child support is not the same as support for you.
