speed of an object increases its speed this meens that its energy also increases , by the equation its mass also increases

Inertia is not velocity, but along the same basis. Inertia is a law of physics. That which at rest will stay at rest until acted upon by an opposite motion, that which is in motion will stay in motion until acted upon by an opposite motion.

Inertia is a function of mass so, no, inertia does not change as the velocity changes.

This is not strictly true, as mass changes when operating at relativistic speeds, but that requires the input of a large amount of energy using the Lorentz transformation and special relativity, something that the question probably did not intend to enter into.
