Sorry you can't catch Garchomp in the wild. Evolve It from Gabite. Gabite evolves at level 48 Gabite- Victory Road (Pokémon Platinum Only) Or you can catch Gible which can be found in Wayward Cave B1F Far Northwest of the regular entrance. Gible evolves into Gabite into Level 24
