Can you get rid of a black hole?

You can't! Beyond the event horizon nothing can escape even light! It is thought of that you will never return from a black hole as the infinte amount of gravity will kill you instantly although there are several theories which say you will survive.

One theory states that they are wormholes to other universes or even through time whilst another theory called the white hole theory states that all the matter consumed by the black hole will eventually come up in a hypothetical white hole in another part of the Universe.

You can't. A black hole is matter that has collapsed so completely under the force of gravity that nothing can escape it. A black hole will slowly evaporate through a process called Hawking radiation, but there is no way to speed it up. We can only add mass to a black hole, which would only slow down the evaportation.

In theory a blast of energy strong enough to disperse an slow down the center of the hole, but that only could stop the hole from spinning and sucking things into it, the rest of the energy dispersed would go to every possible way into space ... you know... EXPLOTION ... ye' ol' American way :)

not by any human invention no, however nature will break down a black hole and has done so before. a black hole is just the effect of an exploding star now mainly dark matter and is sucking normal matter back in (like the high speed of an explosion) as matter compacts and compresses it gets denser than the dark matter space around it and pulls it in. once it compacts enough matter it will eventually start causing regular fusion along its outer edge beyond what it can actually trap in the event horizon. when this occurs it starts becomeing a star again.

We can't. In a Universe dominated by gravity, it is inevitable that some stars will eventually become black holes.Please note that even without black holes, the Universe can't sustain life forever - the Second Law of Thermodynamics ensures that it can't. In other words, apart from the formation of black holes, there are other irreversible processes as well.

You cant actually stop it. The only way for a black hole to stop is if it runs out of stuff to drag in. But it'll be active again if more stuff goes near it
