It is generally safe to use Beconase nasal spray and Chlorphenamine together, as they work differently and do not have significant interactions. Be sure to follow the dosing instructions provided by your healthcare provider or on the medication labels. If you have any concerns or experience any adverse effects, consult with a healthcare professional.

How fast does the nasal membrane heal?

The nasal membrane typically heals relatively quickly, often within a few days to a couple of weeks, depending on the extent of the injury or irritation. Minor abrasions or irritations may heal in just a few days, while more significant damage may take longer. Factors such as overall health, hydration, and avoiding irritants can influence the healing process.

How can you get rid of nasal drip?

Antihistamines such as Allergy medications (benadryl, zyrtec, cleratine, allegra, etc) do help temporarily by shutting down the mucus production. I've had post nasal drip for over 5 years now, it makes you cough in the mornings and sometimes gets pretty uncomfortable. I use antihistamines however I pretty much would have to use it all the time lol so I found that sinus flush have been working for me. You go to Amazon, or to local pharmacy (cvs, wallgreens, even walmart) and you buy either nasal irrigator or what I found works better nasal syringe. You fill it with warm water, and slowly squeeze the water in one of your nostrils, (make sure it doesn't leak from the same nostril). Squeeze the water slowly, you will feel as the water fills all your sinus cavities and after a couple seconds as you squeeze starts dripping from the other nostril -that's what you want because it means it reached all the sinuses and now flushes all the bacteria and mucus out. Now there is that moment when the water goes up your nose to the sinuses, that moment sucks cuz always gives me a headache (it's the same feeling if water gets up your nose in the pool or lake), but when you get past that its ok (you can adjust your head tilt, I found that it depends on your head position). Make sure the water comes out thru the other nostril.... As much as the allergy pills help you temporarily, you can use it as a adition to those. I have been using it once a day or once every few days for about 5 minutes from one nostril to another, and so far don't have to take allergy pills at all, my sinus feels very clear and less dripy, no cough in the mornings either. It didn't eliminate completely the nasal drip but reduced it so I don't notice that and no flem or the bacteria in there anymore cuz they all com out with the water.... So far it works well :)

What is the method for flame tests?

Proper method: Take a strip of zinc and put into the hottest part of a bunsen, then place in acid (I forget which), and burn again to remove impurities. Then dip the zinc into the powdered substance and hold in the flame, noting the colour which tells you what substance it is. Simple version: Mix solution of distilled water and substance, then use a spray gun to spray solution through flame for colours.

How do you get off of Dristan nasal spray?

Get some Sudafed at your local pharmacy (you'll probably have to sign for it). Take it EXACTLY AS DIRECTED for two or three days. Then stop, or take half-doses for two more days. That shoud do it. If there is still residual rebound effect from the nasal spray, breathe through your mouth for a day or two until it is over - and don't abuse nasal decongestants in the future.

Can you take Levocetirizine with Zyrtec?

In my case, the answer is yes. I have asthma, and seasonal allergies. I have been on claritin for years, but this year i have had significant nasal allergies that the claritin hasn't prevented, such as post nasal drip, which then causes congestion and asthma flare ups. So my Pulmonologist just prescribed Atepro nasal spray to be taken daily along with claritin.
