Carbonic acid, H2CO3, is probably the answer you want, but it's not the only thing. If you add carbon dioxide to fresh water (the salt in seawater seems to have a catalytic effect) most of it will remain as carbon dioxide and you'll get...carbonated water, a solution of CO2 in H2O. Both of those compounds are so stable it's hard to get them to react with anything.

What are the two molecules plants use to make glucose?

Carbon dioxide and water

What are the are materials of photosynthesis?

The 3 materials needed for photosynthesis are water, carbon dioxide, and sunlight. These 3 materials combined enable the plant to make a sugary substance known as glucose. 6 molecules of water+6 molecules of carbon dioxide=1 molecule of sugar+6 molecules of oxygen* *=The plant doesn't need the oxygen so it releases it into the air. That's how we get our oxygen. :)

What is mixed with the water to make it sparkling?

Carbon dioxide is mixed with water to make it sparkling. This process creates carbonation, which gives the water its bubbly or fizzy quality.

When Plants combine carbon dioxide and water from to make what substance?

Plants don't combine hydrogen and carbon dioxide directly; if they did (and did so in a 1-to-1 ratio), the result would be formaldehyde. Instead, plants combine carbon dioxide and water in such a way as to produce carbohydrates (particularly glucose) and oxygen in a multi step complex synthetic process.

What new substance is formed if green leaves use energy from sunlight to make carbon dioxide and water react chemically?

You get glucose molecule as well as oxygen.

What does photosynthesis eat?

Photosynthesis needs carbon dioxide and water to take place. The plant uses light to make sugars out of the carbon dioxide and water.

Which of these statements is true about autotrophs but not heterotrophs?

Here are the answer choices: Which of these statements is true about autotrophs, but not heterotrophs? They use sugar and oxygen to make carbon dioxide and water. They use chlorophyll and oxygen to make carbon dioxide and water. They use sunlight, water, and carbon dioxide to make sugars. They use sunlight, water, and oxygen to make chlorophyll. We really need more information, so resubmit the question with more detail.
