Before some things, but not before all things. The Solar System (including the Earth) has an age of about 4.6 billion years ago; some other stars are quite a bit older. The Universe formed about 13.8 billion years ago; many "other things" have this age, or almost this age. For example, many galaxies are almost as old as the Universe.
The Earth - with some stuff around (or above) it.
Shortly before Copernicus died he figured that the Earth was notthecenter of things, but the Sun was. This theory is still used today. He worked out this this theory from detailed observations of the orbit of Mars.
It is the Universe that expanded, not specifically the Earth. Earth was formed much later than the Big Bang. The Earth was not invented, it came out of universe processes
The same as it looks now.
If the Universe was shrinking the galaxies would appear to be moving towards the Earth, and look more blue than they should. This is the opposite to the universe expanding where galaxies would appear to be moving away from the Earth, which we know due to "red shift". Andromeda would be the exception since it's directly moving towards the Milky Way.
The Catholic church taught that the earth was the center of the universe and all things moved around the earth. Man was the greatest creature of the universe.

Hydrogen is the most abundant element in the universe and was likely present in space before the Earth was formed. Other elements like helium and trace amounts of lithium were also likely present in the early universe before the formation of our planet.
Acording to Universe Sandbox, Earth will leave its orbit around 2600. But no. the sun will envelop Earth before it can leave orbit
