Probably...I'm guessing it has cuz it has snowed in Los Angeles basin before snow (it snows roughly once in 50 years or so) is extremely rare in low elevations in Southern California as well as northern California...it is extremely rare Anaheim winter months have an average high about 70 Fahrenheit in December and a low of 48 Fahrenheit in the night time so it has very warm winters

Yes it has. The record, I believe, was a little more than 0.3 inches back in January 1949. The most recent was in January 1962. Since then, it hasn't snowed in Los Angeles. Not even a trace. If it snowed in Los Angeles in January 1962, it did not snow enough to collect and stand on the ground. I lived there and would have noticed. It snowed on January, 14. 1949.
