YES!!! it crushes everything into a singularity. you would be spread out into data. it would appear like nothing is happening and time would slow down. then you would be sucked up into the black hole becoming jumbled up with all the other matter that has been crushed, and theoretically teleported into a dimension without black holes(please note i think that theory is just BS) where you would theoretically be able to take back the information in the black hole. So yes you would die but THEORETICALLY you would be able to be reasembled (kind of)

It could be noted that the tidal force near most black holes would stretch you to death ("spaghettify") ... but that the larger and more massive the black hole, the less you'd feel this tidal force. In the unlikely event you could get to a large enough black hole, could survive the intense radiation from its accretion disk and/or polar jets, and approach without colliding with other infalling matter, you might survive crossing its event horizon and thus notionally have survived the "falling in" part. In the unlikely event you made it that far, you would subsequently get crushed to a point of infinite density at the singularity at the black hole's center.

You wouldn't have time to starve. As you approach the event horizon, the point of no return, gravitational forces would tear you and your ship apart. As you continued to fall inward, those forces increase, until event the atoms remaining would be stripped apart.

If anybody falls into a black hole, that person will MOST DEFINITELY die.Please note that the nearest KNOWN black hole is at a distance of about 3000 light-years. There might be others, not discovered yet, which are closer, but the nearest black hole is likely to be several light-years away.
