Personally I think the metric system is better because it is easier in my opinion. When you think about it though, pretty much every teacher in the US has taught their students through the metric system and to change it would be complicated and the parents would even be confused too.
THE METRIC SYSTEM WONDERLAND or THE WONDERS OF THE METRIC SYSTEM
While the metric system is widely used and considered the universal system of measurement, some countries, like the United States, still use the English system due to historical reasons and tradition. Transitioning to the metric system can be a slow and costly process, requiring changes in infrastructure, education, and industry practices. Additionally, there may be resistance from individuals and industries comfortable with the English system.
cups are its own unit e.g 2 cups sugar
I think you are referring to SI, the international standard of measurement units agreed upon by the international scientific community. SI does not stand for the metric system per se, but it is not surprising that all of the SI units are metric since the world's preference for the metric system is almost universal. Currently there are only three countries in which the metric system is not the standard system of measurements.
i think so because the united states is the only place that doesnt use the metric system alot

I think you are asking what the difference is between the Imperial and Metric systems of measurement? There are many ongoing debates about which is better. I think really it comes down to personal preference. Personally I think metric is a lot easier for scientific calculation purely because base 10 is easy for my brain to work with, but had I grown up using the imperial system my opinion may differ.I can however stress the utmost importance of correctly learning and using the English language system.
i think they use metric system because it is easier to know.
i think it's just called the fahrenheit system.
You must first think!
It is much simpler than the Imperial system.
A decimal system; but probable you think to metric system.
cups are its own unit e.g 2 cups sugar
i think thtat it is made out of meters, liters and grams
Use whatever is common in your country. In the long term, however, the entire world should switch to metric, for reasons of standardization, so if you happen to live in a country that uses non-metric units, you might try to push for metrification.
The Kelvin. Most people think it is the Celsius.
