I don't think there is such a thing as a planet having a gas core. Even the gas giants have some solid material at their centers.
Solid, iron core
Mercury is made of rock with a solid inner core.
Yes, the Earth's core is primarily composed of solid iron in the inner core and liquid iron in the outer core. The high temperatures and pressures at the Earth's core create these unique states of matter.
The inner core is made out of iron and nickel and it is a solid.

Solid, iron core
Mercury has a solid inner core made of iron and a liquid outer core also composed of iron. The outer core is thought to be responsible for generating a weak magnetic field around the planet.
it has an iron core
Iron.
Yes
The inner core is mainly solid iron, with a liquid iron outer core.
Mars is believed to have a solid core made mostly of iron and nickel, but it is not molten like Earth's core. This lack of a molten core is one reason why Mars does not have a global magnetic field like Earth.
It is solid in iron.

There are two parts of the core: Inner and Outer. The outer core is liquid, the inner solid. The inner core is solid due to the pressure exerted on it, despite the excessively high temperature.
