It's possible that there are clouds on Pluto, but only in its summer, when the surface ices evaporate and form a temporary atmosphere. (FYI, on September 5, 1989 Pluto entered its first summer since being discovered). As of 2017 it is still summer on Pluto.Summer on Pluto will end February, 2114.
