To my knowledge, no clear imagery of Pluto's surface has ever been achieved. It is likely, considering the body of evidence throughout the rest of the solar system, that Pluto indeed has some sort of topography and relief on its surface. This is especially likely due to the assumed composition of Pluto: conglomeration of rocky materials and frozen volatiles (frozen gases and liquids).
