Aqueous cream is primarily a moisturizer and is not specifically designed to treat spots or acne. While it can help hydrate the skin and may soothe irritation, it doesn't contain active ingredients that target acne-causing bacteria or reduce inflammation. For treating spots, products with ingredients like salicylic acid or benzoyl peroxide are generally more effective. Always consult a dermatologist for personalized skincare advice.
Some common names of aqueous creams include E45 cream, Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion, and Cetaphil Moisturizing Cream.

The worst thing you can do to get spots is wear foundation but if you want to use concealer get one that has something that helps spots in it like tea tree. If your spots are really bad you can go to the doctors and they will provide you with some cream or antibiotics to help dry your spots up. You must wash your face day and night to prevent anymore from occuring. Dont pick your spots otherwise they will just get worse, and they will become sore and red.
