My physical health has been affected by the Transylvania Effect all my life but it was only in recent years that I made the association with the Moon, having previously blamed my menstrual cycle! I have Asperger's Syndrome and run a parent support group for Autistic Spectrum Disorders. My son is Autistic and I had noticed that his behaviour worsened in the five days leading up to the Full Moon. I then issued the other parents with a health questionnaire in the form of a diary to see whether their children's behaviour also followed the same pattern and was not surprised to find that it did. I think that it is not only Autistic children who are affected by this, but many of them have gut problems and I have found that my digestive system is one of the main problem areas. I believe that lots of people are affected by this without realising it.

There has never been any scientific study with proper controls which showed correlation between the phases of the moon and people's behaviour. Whilst I do not wish to argue with someone else's life experience, I expect that there is another underlying cause for behavioural differences at different stages of the Moon's cycle. One guess would be that sleep cycles may be affected.

The solute effect refers to the impact of solutes, or dissolved particles, on the properties of a solution. It can affect factors such as freezing point depression, boiling point elevation, and osmotic pressure. The presence of solutes changes the behavior of the solution compared to a pure solvent.
The full moon does not have a direct ion effect on humans. Some people believe that the full moon can influence behavior or emotions, but there is no scientific evidence to support this claim. The moon's gravitational pull may affect tides on Earth, but its impact on human behavior is largely speculative.
The correct phrase is "did not affect you." "Affect" is a verb meaning to influence or make a change, while "effect" is a noun referring to the result of a change. Therefore, if something did not have an influence on you, you would say it "did not affect you."
Variation in gene-environment interactions can influence an animal's behavior by determining how genes express themselves in response to specific environmental stimuli. For example, different environmental factors during development can affect how genes related to stress response or social behavior are expressed, leading to variations in behavior among individuals. This can result in differences in cognitive abilities, social interactions, and other behavioral traits in animals.

"You have absolutely no effect on me." In general, the word "effect" is a noun and the verb is "affect". For example, "Your bad behavior does not affect me." However, "affect" is a noun when it refers to a person's facial expression or demeanor. For example "that man appears depressed because he has a flat affect."
A change in price can affect consumer behavior in two main ways: substitution effect and income effect. The substitution effect occurs when consumers switch to a cheaper alternative when the price of a product increases. The income effect refers to how a change in price impacts the purchasing power of consumers, influencing their overall buying decisions.

The income effect refers to how changes in income affect the quantity of a good or service that a consumer can afford to buy, while the substitution effect refers to how changes in the price of a good or service affect the consumer's decision to buy a different, substitute product. Both effects influence consumer behavior by impacting purchasing decisions based on changes in income and prices.
