No, Plantae are plants, they are anchored to the soil by roots so have no locomotion of their own.

This may be up to interpretation. Plants may not lift their roots and walk around as members of the animal kingdom do but they do still move. In plants movement is called a "tropism" and examples of this include phototropism where the plant moves it self towards a light source. This happens when it elongates the cells on one side of a stem to create a bend.

Other reasons for movement in a plant can include;

Movement towards or away from Chemicals

A "touch" sense in some plants that cause movement

Movement towards or away from water

Movement as a response to wind

There are also Fig trees in Queensland called "Walking Figs". They are called this because the branches send down new roots that eventually form a new trunk. If the main trunk of these trees was destroyed for any reason and you has a few hundred years to spare you could watch the branches "walk" away from each other.
