It is accepted if the data support it.
The evaluation phase involves assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of a project, program, or process by analyzing the data collected during the monitoring phase. This analysis helps determine the extent to which objectives were met and identifies areas for improvement. Feedback and lessons learned from the evaluation phase are used to inform future decision-making and planning.
During the fetch-decode-execute cycle, the Memory Address Register (MAR) holds the address of the memory location from which data is to be fetched or to which data is to be written. In the fetch phase, the MAR is loaded with the address of the next instruction to be executed. The Memory Data Register (MDR) then temporarily holds the data fetched from memory or the data to be written to memory. As the cycle progresses, the contents of the MAR and MDR are updated based on the memory operations required for executing the instruction.

Improve
DMAIC is an acronym for "define, measure, analyze, improve and control," a process designed to improve and maintain business processes. The phase of which the sole purpose is to demonstrate with fact and data that your solutions solve your problem is "improve."

Improve
DMAIC stands for Define Measure Analyze Improve and ControlDMAIC is also known as the Six Sigma breakthrough strategy. This is the structured process by which you move through the stages of solving your performance problem, or making a performance improvement.Another way of thinking about DMAIC is in terms of the scientific method, which requires data & measurement and repeated confirmation as the basis of knowledge. In the world of process improvement, DMAIC is the scientific tried and tested method. Its structure requires that you have the data and confirmation you need to proceed with improving your processes.

DMAIC is referred to data-driven improvement cycle used for improving, optimizing and stabilizing business processes and designs. It's five steps for improvement cycle are - Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.
Data Sources
Consistency of data collection.
Environment "scanning" means to collect data about a given environment. Environment "analysis" means to analyze or "make sense of" the data that was collected during the scanning phase.
It is accepted if the data support it.
Stage two of the ISSA drawing in phase is data collection.
