No person has. A few space probes have been to and past the planet such as the Voyager programs. Man has not been farther into space than orbiting the far side of the moon.
The furthest Man has gone, is to the Moon. No Man could even land on Saturn as it does not have a surface.
No. We have sent space probes to Saturn, but a manned mission is not possible with today's technology and likely will not be possible within the lifetime of anyone alive today.
None. Humans have only landed on our moon.
Saturn has not been visited by any humans, only by spacecrafts and probes. The person who discovered it was Galileo. No humans have gone to Saturn, the furthest travellers have been is to the moon. We have sent a few probes to Saturn though, which have sent back detailed pictures and data.
Why would anyone care!
No. No human beings have ever gone further than the Moon. It will be a while yet before we can travel out to Jupiter or Saturn.
