Water cannot interact with grease, due to its high surface tension, so when the water is removed from the clothing after cleaning it, the grease remains. The fluids used to dry clean clothing are actually chemical solvents. They dissolve the grease, so when the solvent is removed, the grease is also removed.

You will need to send the application in to your local electrical company. Make sure to give good reasons why the meter must be removed.
Because paper is an insulator of electricity, this means that the electricity cannot pass through. Therefore until the paper is removed, the circuit is broken.
All three wires, the "hot", neutral and the ground must all maintain the integrity of the circuit. This is why pigtails are connected from the main circuitry to the receptacle or switch devices so that they can be removed without opening the electrical circuit.
Only burnt clothing that comes off easily should be removed; any clothing embedded in the burn should not be disturbed.

Static electricity. The drums and the toner are both given an identical electrical charge, then the charge is removed where the toner is supposed to stick. The charged toner particles are then attracted to the drum, at only the places where the charge has been removed. The drum then turns, comes in contact with the paper and the toner is transferred to the paper where it is heated and permanently "Fused".

I am not sure if Lincoln used an electrical fuel guage for that year or a float and feed wire in the tank, but if it is electrical, you will have to take it to an automotive electrical technician to have it fixed. If it is not electrical then the float in your gas tank may be stuck, or the cable may have become detached or rotted. In this case it could mean that your gas tank has to be dropped and have the float removed and serviced, the dash may also have to be removed.
