By coming to the realization that man is God. It may indeed sound frightful, but that is in fact due to the dogma of the world. Once realized, liberation will follow swiftly. And only then do you come to know that it does not really matter at all if you are self conscious.

All you are doing is experiencing reality, and you are doing that to the best of your ability. Relax. You don't need to accomplish anything. Really, to be sub conscious is natural. But the reason why you are only aware now, at this moment, is because your subconscious mind has told you without you knowing that you need to resolve an inner issue. The most deepest inner issue that can be resolved is the one provided above.

The problem of humans not realizing that in truth they create their own reality is the rooted cause for many personal problems. That does not mean there is not entities beyond our own comprehension. It simply means that each being is a fractal. The whole is repeated in each part. Thus as the infinitely beyond has the powers to manifest whatever it wishes to manifest, so do we. Only with us what we choose to manifest are of importance to ourselves. Likewise with any creature.

In closing, I wish you well. For I know anyone who comes to this question always comes to peace. After all, for those who seek, so shall they find. And find you will.

For you what is the best gift that you receive from God?

Infinite silence, which is the silence of the mind where all self consciousness vanishes and we die into the Infinite Cosmic consciousness. Without a mortal "little self" there can be no-one home to worry and there can be no fear, as to have fears requires the existence of a mortal separate self. When we die to our limited self consciousness we resurrect in Infinite Cosmic God consciousness. The sublime Reality of "Oneness of Being."
