Some amphibians cant actually breathe in water. They simply just need to be cooled off. Have you ever noticed how frogs are slimy?

Although there are a number of creatures that can breathe this is because they have gill that can also process air.

I'm 13 years old so you might want to get someone else's but there's what I know.
