I just had to deal with this myself... you need to remove the seat (there is a hex bolt on each side at the front under the seat... be careful not to lose any washers or spacers when removing these bolts!) Once the 2 hex bolts are removed, pull up slightly on the front of the seat and slide forward to remove. On the right side about half way back you will see the fuse assembly which is a black rubber cube with a black wire half-loop extending out of the back. This assembly will be attached to the frame through a slot that a flat metal bar is slipped through. If you slip the rubber latches off each side of the assembly, you can pull the back cover off and you will see the main fuse (on the right) and a spare fuse (on the left). Hope this helps!
