We know how big it is now, we know how old it is, and we know the rate of expansion. Its like rewinding a movie that you started in the middle. We just rewind the known universe as it is now. We dont know how big it was before the big bang but we know how big it was at the initial kaboom.

Was their planets before the big bang?

well there is a fact that you need to know here , the big bang formed the whole universe we observe nowadays and as the great astronaut carl sagan said " what happened before the big bang is not affected with what happened after the big bang " so we might never know .

What was inside the space before big bang?

The concept of "before" the Big Bang is not well-defined as time as we know it began with the Big Bang itself. It is thought that the entire universe was in a hot, dense state at the moment of the Big Bang, with all matter and energy concentrated in a singularity.

Did the string theory happen before the big bang?

String theory proposes that tiny strings are the fundamental building blocks of the universe. It is a theoretical framework that attempts to unify all fundamental forces of physics. However, it does not address events prior to the Big Bang as the conditions before the Big Bang are still a subject of speculation and debate in cosmology.

Did space time energy preexist the BIG BANG?

The concept of space-time energy as we understand it today began with the Big Bang, as the universe itself began to expand and evolve. Before the Big Bang, our current laws of physics cannot accurately describe what existed or how it behaved. The origin of space-time and energy remains a subject of speculation and ongoing scientific exploration.

What was the initial size of the universe before the Big Bang theory?

The entire OBSERVABLE Universe must have been smaller than the size of a proton. Since the ENTIRE Universe is much larger, and perhaps infinite, we really don't know how large that was.

Where does everything derive from?

In our Universe, ultimately everything started with the Big Bang. We don't know what came before that... or if there even was a "before".

Why universe exists?

Because God created it (or perhaps ordered it to be created). If you want a more scientific explanation: the Universe as we know it was the result of the Big Bang. What came before the Big Bang - or the exact cause of the Big Bang - are currently unknown.

What would happen if there was no blackhole?

If there is no black hole, then no Universe, we will not be exist. That's why there is a Big Bang. The Universe started off with a Big Bang from a black hole. Though if you want to know what happens before our Universe, then you need to study 'String Theory' and the 'M theory'.

How small was the universe before the Big Bang and what implications does this size have on our understanding of the origins of the cosmos?

Before the Big Bang, the universe was incredibly small, dense, and hot. This tiny size suggests that all matter and energy were concentrated in a single point. The implications of this size are significant as it challenges our understanding of the origins of the cosmos, leading to questions about what existed before the Big Bang and how the universe began.

If the universe began with a big bang?

It is wide accepted that the Universe as we know it began with the so-called "Big Bang"; however, we don't know what happened before that (if anything), so the Big Bang may not actually be the beginning.

Was the Big Bang an explosion that created the universe?

No, the Big Bang was not an explosion in the traditional sense. It was a rapid expansion of space and time that marked the beginning of the universe as we know it.

Event that marks the beginning of the universe?

The event that marks the beginning of the universe is the Big Bang. This was a cosmic event that occurred about 13.8 billion years ago, creating the universe as we know it today. The Big Bang theory is widely accepted by scientists as the most plausible explanation for the origin of the universe.

Was the big bang a cause or a consequence?

The Big Bang is the cause of everything we know - the Universe around us. If the Big Bang itself was caused by something else, we don't know about it.
