If you are in a lab and need to analyse CO2, the best way to do this is to purge your solution (bubble through) with nitrogen gas. Nitrogen is inert and will not contaminate the sample. Although Nitrogen is lighter than CO2, it will serve to "knock" CO2 bubbles out of solution. If you just want the Cola without CO2, this will suffice to an extent. Remember, CO2 will partially dissolve in Coke as H2CO3.
